Whether you need a high or low intensity workout we have you covered.

Our simple workouts use bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, allowing you to choose the level of workout that you feel your body needs for the day. Whether that be a low intensity workout to get your body going, or a high intensity workout to build up a sweat, whatever your body needs, ACTIVATE will cater to it.

Our classes are available outdoors at central locations, at your destination of choice or online.

ACTIVATE group classes are held outdoors at central parks to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air whilst you exercise, and online to enjoy the convenience of working out in your own space.

1:1 sessions are available to have sessions specifically tailored to your body with classes being held either outdoors, online or in your home where Martin will travel to you.​

Join any of ACTIVATE's  weekly schedule of online group classes, or book a 1:1 session at a time that suits your schedule! Designed for those who prefer to exercise at home, or are on the road.

Exercise programs are tailored to whatever you need from your exercise routine, be it the type of workouts, lengths, frequencies, or areas of the body to be focussed on, the program is made for you.

ABOUT

Since being involved in health and fitness for over 15 years, I have experienced many different forms of exercise, all of which were part of evolving my current relationship with health and exercise and developing a true underlying motivation to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

About ACTIVATE

ACTIVATE Group Fitness & Personal Training is a style of outdoor-based exercise, designed to ignite you and your body for your every-day needs. Instructed by Martin Molnar, the exercises are demonstrated and explained to ensure you are supported and motivated throughout your workouts.

Via the use of bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, simple and specific movements are offered so that you can choose the level of workout that you feel your body needs for the day. Whether that be a low intensity workout to get your body going, or a high intensity workout to build up a sweat, whatever your body needs, ACTIVATE will cater to it.

What to bring to along

​

All equipment is provided, so all you need is an exercise mat, your choice of hydration, a towel and you’re ready to work out!

I have only attended 3 one-hour workouts with ACTIVATE and my body already feels absolutely changed, for the better! Each session we focused on something different, depending on what was required at the time. ACTIVATE has inspired my approach to exercise to be more adventurous, engaged and playful. Martin’s schedule of exercises allows for the perfect combination of either a whole-body workout or for something more precise he can target specific muscle groups. Each session has left my body feeling deeply replenished and energised for the whole day ahead.
