Martin Molnar 

Since being involved in health and fitness for over 15 years, I have experienced many different forms of exercise, all of which were part of evolving my current relationship with health and exercise and developing a true underlying motivation to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

 

Throughout my journey in fitness, I have experienced many forms of exercise: the typical high volume, intense gym programs designed to build size and strength, restrictive dieting to lose bodyfat, functional strength training and yoga. It’s fair to say I have a broad and diverse background when it comes to health and fitness! All of which have played an important role in developing a rounded understanding of the body and how it moves. Having been around many forms of exercise, I have used this experience to build my own foundation when it comes to health and fitness, as well as implementing this with clients training, programs and consultations.

Philosophy 

It was only until I began to listen to what my body was communicating, rather than forcing it to perform, that I developed what is now an enriching, supportive and super fun active lifestyle! Ultimately, what I have come to realise is that listening to your body is the best way to guide how you approach your relationship with lifestyle, exercise and food.

Moving and eating in a way that is supporting your body to be able to do whatever it is required to do in your job and day-to-day life is the underlying principle that I follow. Yes, one can certainly work towards fitness goals, but this can be cohesive with your lifestyle and a fantastic, fun unfolding of your fitness, health and body shape.

 

This is what motivates me in my routine, and more importantly, to offer this experience and guidance to clients. Combining these experiences with my qualifications (Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness) has enabled me to launch a service that will offer clients a fresh and on-going approach to health and fitness in their own lives.

 

This was the seed of launching ACTIVATE; to offer a style of fitness that is supportive for the body and that can be adjusted to suit anyone’s needs. ACTIVATE is an embodiment of how I approach exercise, and a quality I love to share with people.
